Tragedies of life-Blessings turning into misfortunes(But God is good)
Text: Genesis 6:5-8; 1 Samuel 15:10-11;26
Tragedies of life are situations in which what is meant to be a blessing turns into misfortune, to the point that even God, who is full of mercy, regrets giving the blessing. The person suffers for the rest of their life.
Why these tragedies?
Most people do not follow the instructions that come with their blessings. Why? There are many blessings, but people neglect to learn and obey. A good example is Judges 13:8.
There are many examples in real life.
EX 1 Humanity: To be human is a gift from God; our duty is to love Him, yourself, and others (Matt 22:36-40) Sadly, as it was in the days of Noah (Gen. 6:5-8), nowadays most people think only of how to fight, cheat, betray, and disrespect the very people who love them. This is a tragedy.
